This video was beautiful! Im a stay at home mom and i started making resin pieces and lotions and lip balms. I sell them just by sharing with fmsily and friends and then they tell others about it. :) its fun!

Hi Madisun. Thank you for your videos, I always find some inspiration or a new perspective or learn something from you. I lived in States for 15 years and now I live in Europe, I lived in 4 different countries and have friends from different countries ( this is to give context to my comment), what you describe in your video is an american thing :) I spent wonderful time there and miss States from time to time, but the amount of marketing is overwhelming. It made women believe that, ofcource, you need pregnancy clothes and app and bra fro nursing etc. We take it as truth now. Here in Europe, I see exactly what you described. Women wearing regular, just loose fit clothing. And no apps, no constant controlling or predicting. I too fell the need to buy pregnancy clothes, and see that they were no better than a loose fitting clothing, or men’s clothing :). I did find a small, woman owned brand for breast feeding clothes. So I’m a newbie, but I had been creating free content on IG for years and sharing my every day slow life and I said forget this. I’m moving over to UA-cam lol :) I’m excited to be here and hear stories like yours! I have much hope!

Wow you made it to 100k so fast and deserve it. You are not too old at all to start a UA-cam channel. . .I feel so many are your age because the whole mom of young kids thing inspires people. If you are over 40 it is much harder. There are some people in their 60s with big channels though too! I am like you who has done so many side hustles. I sold two things on the side over a decade ago, plus had my own photography business, plus I sell quilts, plus I used to stream giving advice to people on another service and made some extra money per month from monthly subscribers, but gave that up after a few years (having an infant causes issues for live streaming), plus I am a volunteer for a decade with a passion heartstring of mine, plus I do life coaching on the side (decluttering and health/wellness). I actually have a curriculum I have been working on but the whole "How do I make this?" is where I am stuck at after months of researching...plus I am on UA-cam. So yeah. . . . .. . . . . . . I have a million hobbies, interests, and passions.

Great video. Just like any other video you make. You are my source of inspiration to want to live a calmer life myself, a richer life.❤

Ahh I needed to hear this. I love all things travel and desperately want to do more, especially with my kids before they graduate and start their own adult lives. I’m a sahm and I want to still stay available for my family so time freedom is a must….. I want to become a travel agent but I am so scared to take the leap of putting myself out there.

I needed to hear this so much. I write and just released my first children’s book in March. I feel this blog within me, and think I need to start exploring this direction. ❤Thank you for your openness. 🙏

ALL OF THIS. Oh my goodness, if ever I needed to see a video THIS was it. I am so inspired by this and now feel like I CAN do the things. I used to post on youtube a few years ago and stopped because, life, but now I NEED another way for myself to make money. I am a prof photographer but I am just over it, and I am passionate about homemaking and minimalism and its time I stopped ignoring that or using excuses like I am too old or have nothing to say thats not already been said. THANK YOU for this. You are one of my favorite channels and I AM SO Thankful you posted this. Thank you for igniting a flame in me I thought was gone.

I live in Treviso, a beautiful city near Venice, Verona, the Dolomites... I was poor and very stressed from the age of 25 to 35, when I was obsessed with wanting to earn more. But in the last 15 years I have discovered that I am very rich, I can find a medieval fresco by taking a few steps for free, I arrive in the hills in 20 minutes, I can navigate a beautiful river (the Sile) with a small boat, I go to the snow in half an hour, I eat in a tavern with 25 euros per person, I find free concerts and events almost everywhere... and I'm much less stressed even having the same money

Thank you for this video Maddie, I really really needed to hear this ❤ I've been overwhelmed of a lot of things lately and felt into a rut of not getting really anything done. Except that is so not true, I do a lot but somehow feel like I'm doing nothing. That said, I do know what I truly want to do and I do know that if I start doing it, it will flow easy. It's just that we so easily get stuck on the struggle (or the idea of struggle) and forget to ask 'how can I let this be easy'. Not having thriving women around me makes it harder to remember how amazing we are and what a creative force there is inside us, thank you for reminding us all of that 😘🌸
